For Pre-Order or Made-to-Order items, the estimated production or funding time will be clearly stated on each product page. Orders from these campaigns will ship once the item reaches its production milestone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Some Musetopia items are released under Pre-Order or Group-Order mode — these pieces are produced only when a specific number of orders are reached.
If the milestone is not met within the campaign period, the order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded to your original payment method.

Musetopia partners with independent brands, designers, and influencers worldwide.
Your order may be shipped directly from each creator’s or brand’s studio.
If you ordered multiple items from different sellers, they may arrive in separate packages.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@musetopia.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or reshipment if eligible.
